The primary objective of our OJT program is to cultivate a skilled and competent workforce. We aim to-

OJT Structure at Avishkar Realty

The OJT program at Avishkar Realty will focus on 6 important objectives, these objectives will comprehensively cover all the aspects of the learning and focus on creating a conducive environment for the learner. These include-

1. Structured Learning Pathway- Avishkar Realty’s OJT program offers a structured curriculum tailored to specific roles and departments. Participants are provided with clear learning objectives and guided through various stages of their training, including-

  • Orientation- Introduction to company culture, policies, and processes.
  • Task Assignments- Hands-on involvement in projects and daily operations.
  • Skill Development- Workshops and sessions focusing on technical and soft skills.

2. Mentorship and Supervision- Each trainee is assigned a mentor who guides them throughout their journey at Avishkar Real Estate. Mentors provide personalized feedback and support, insights into industry standards and best practices, and a nurturing environment for learning and growth.

3. Exposure to Real Projects- Trainees at Avishkar Real Estate work on live projects that align with their academic background or career interests. Departments of the Internship

Avishkar Realty offers 6 departments to intern under, these include-

1. HR & Admin

    • Payroll- Managing employee salaries, deductions, taxes, and benefits; ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
    • Attendance and Leaves- Monitoring employee attendance, tracking leave balances, managing leave requests, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
    • Recruitment- Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Appraisal- Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and determining promotions or increments.

2. Admin

    • Reception- Managing front-desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and coordinating with internal departments.
    • Housekeeping- Ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness of the workplace; managing housekeeping staff.

3. Marketing

    • Creatives- Designing promotional materials, managing social media, and crafting marketing campaigns.
    • Cold-calling- Reaching out to potential clients or customers to generate leads and promote services/products.
    • Sales- Engaging with customers, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.

4. Finance

    • Accounts- Maintaining financial records, managing invoices, handling budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

5. Legal

    • Structuring Deals- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with clients, vendors, or partners.
    • Sending/Replying to Notices- Handling legal communications, responding to claims, and ensuring legal compliance.

6. Purchases

    • Market Research- Identifying vendors, analyzing market trends, and assessing product quality and pricing.
    • Getting Samples- Procuring product samples for quality verification and selection.
    • Making PO/Invoice- Preparing purchase orders and invoices to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Placing Orders- Finalizing purchases and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.

 

Details of the Internship

The details of the internship are as follows-

  • The internship program is designed to last one month, requiring participants to work 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, ensuring a structured yet flexible schedule.
  • A total of 120 hours of work is expected from each intern to qualify for successful completion. At the end of the program, interns will undergo an evaluation process to assess their performance, contributions, and learning outcomes.
  • Upon meeting the program criteria, they will be awarded a Certificate of Completion as recognition of their efforts and accomplishments.
