About The Organisation

MTPSS manages 37 EMRS schools across Maharashtra, providing quality education and a supportive environment to tribal students. We aim to foster academic success, personal development, and well-being for our students, under the administrative guidelines of the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), New Delhi.

Position Details

• • Post: School Counsellor (for students from grades 6 to 12)

Key Responsibilities

• • Provide academic, career, emotional, and social counselling to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Impart training to hostel superintendents, parents, and teachers.
  • Follow CBSE guidelines and EMRS objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/MSW (with Child Psychology/Child Welfare specialization) from a recognized university.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Marathi (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant counselling experience is desirable.
