Dr. Balaji Niwlikar is a psychologist, counselor, and educator who leads a team of professionals at Careershodh¹. Careershodh was founded in 2018 by Prof. Balaji Niwlikar, who was inspired to help students find a career suited to their capabilities using the psychological training he and his peers had received¹.
