Dr. Balaji Niwlikar is a psychologist, counselor, and educator who leads a team of professionals at Careershodh¹. Careershodh was founded in 2018 by Prof. Balaji Niwlikar, who was inspired to help students find a career suited to their capabilities using the psychological training he and his peers had received¹. The name Careershodh reflects their motives: a quest (shodh) to find the right course of life (career) for the betterment of society¹. Careershodh offers free career counseling aided by psychological tests to help students understand their personality and interests, and measure their abilities¹.
